Commercial Capital provides permanent fixed rate financing for loan amounts of $2 million and up with maturities of up to 10 years amortized over 25 or 30 years, usually on a non-recourse basis.

Fully amortizing loans with up to 15 year maturities will be considered depending upon tenancy and property type.

Most permanent loans are priced using the most recent U.S. Treasury yield plus a spread.

We also offer shorter term floating rate loans.

Loan to values of up to 80%, depending on property type, except for Credit Tenant Lease which may go to 100% LTV.
